Biography

Dr. Gray's primary research foci include sexual assault and domestic violence treatment and prevention, moral injury impacts and interventions, and resiliency in the face of event-related adversity. He has been a Professor of Psychology at the University of Wyoming for over 20 years and in that time also served as the Director of Clinical Training, the Chair of the Wyoming State Board of Psychology, and a Board Member for both the Wyoming Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and the Albany County SAFE Project. He developed and oversaw operations of the first telehealth clinic for distal survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence in Wyoming beginning in 2006. He has published in areas of cultural expression of traumatic stress, cultural adaptations of traumatic stress treatments, and resiliency in the face of event-related adversity.
