Biography

Roman Cieslak is a psychology professor at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Warsaw, Poland. He leads a team of researchers at SWPS University which specializes in traumatic stress and occupational burnout. The team creates, implements, and evaluates various methods of trauma and stress therapy including online psychological interventions. He has collaborated with the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience since 2007.

Research Interests

His research interests are in occupational stress, job burnout, positive and negative consequences of direct and indirect traumatization.
