Project Description: A collaborative research project funded by the Office of Naval Research to improve understanding of tropical cyclone (TC) intensity and structure changes based on the TCI-15 field experiment and the resulting data sets. The objective is to improve TC (typhoon or hurricane) intensity and structure forecasts for the Fleet afloat and ashore.
